Delhi’s spring calendar just got brighter! The Ninth Tulip Festival, organized by the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), is set to bloom from February 7 to 23, 2025, at Shanti Path, Chanakyapuri. This free, vibrant festival celebrates tulips, music, and Indo-Dutch ties, making it a must-visit for flower lovers, families, and culture enthusiasts.

What’s Blooming?
- 550,000 Tulips! Stroll through a rainbow of white, yellow, red, pink, orange, black, and yellow-red tulips. The 1.5 km stretch on Shanti Path is the star attraction, bursting with 200,000 tulips.
Made in India Tulips: For the first time, 15,000 indigenous bulbs developed by Himachal Pradesh’s CSIR-Institute will dazzle visitors alongside Dutch imports.
